La iniciativa de r\u00e9plica aplica el modelo de canalizaci\u00f3n que tanto \u00e9xito ha tenido en la industria manufacturera a otros sectores en crecimiento, como el de la sanidad. El modelo alinea estrat\u00e9gicamente las opciones de formaci\u00f3n con las necesidades de los empleadores y los calendarios de contrataci\u00f3n, y ofrece a los estudiantes de secundaria una ruta a corto plazo hacia buenos empleos con s\u00f3lidas trayectorias profesionales. El sitio web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewib.org\/pipeline\"><strong><em>Iniciativa para la fabricaci\u00f3n en el este de CT (MPI)<\/em><\/strong><\/a> sirve de modelo. La formaci\u00f3n se ajusta a los puestos de trabajo de demanda inmediata con fuertes trayectorias profesionales en sectores como la sanidad, las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la industria.
